Mentoring

Another goal of Christian Business Australia is to build a mentoring program that will likely work alongside the business incubator structure. Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. We believe that it could be an effective way of helping people to progress in the building of their business. It would be likely that the relationship between the mentor and the mentee is built around a similar business in a similar field. We also would love to see this area develop to include business people who have been in business for several years being mentored by those who are more experienced and then the less experienced business persons mentoring a brand new business person.
